Practical information

The International Centre for Art and Landscape is located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Région, on the plateau of Millevaches in Limousin, in the middle of Vassivière Island (Beaumont-du-Lac municipality). It’s accessible through a pedestrian bridge from the Pierrefitte peninsula (15-minutes walk).
Motor vehicles are not allowed on the island, excepted for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.

By train
Next train station: Eymoutiers (Ussel-Limoges line) then 13 km by taxi or by Passauvert in summer.

By car
Highway A20 to Limoges (60 km), direction: Beaumont-du-Lac, presqu’île de Pierrefitte. Free parking at the entrance to the Island (before the pedestrian bridge).

Access to the exhibition spaces of the Art Centre is by presentation of a valid health pass (since 12 years old). No booking is required to access the exhibition.
